Determine Your Fundraising Goal

It is important to identify how much money you need to raise and what the money will be used for.  i.e. New Uniforms, New Equipment,  etc.

Pick 1 or all 3 Fruit Fundraisers - Fall/Holiday Citrus, Spring Strawberrie, or Summer Peaches Fundraiser

If you need a Fall Sale you may sell Citrus and choose either a Pre-Thanksgiving delivery or Pre-Christmas delivery.  If you need a Spring Sale you will most likely sell Strawberries and if you need a Summer sale, Peaches are the fruit for you.  You can participate in 1 or ALL 3 depending on your profit goals!  The more you choose, the easier it is!  You can sell to the same customers over and over again year after year!

Set Your Selling Dates

We recommend a 10-14 day sale.  Be mindful of holidays or days when students will be out of school as these can be distractions that can hinder your sale.

When you're READY TO GET STARTED, go onto our site and click ‘Reserve Sale’ or give us a call.  After we confirm your reservation, and depending on your preference, we will email you AND/OR mail you your sales kit with the following:

KICK OFF YOUR SALE

Accountability is the KEY to a SUCCESSFUL sale!  Tracking your sellers’ progress throughout the sale is critical to meeting YOUR profit goal! If you want students to sell 10 boxes, TELL THEM TO, and EXPECT that THEY WILL.

There are many ways to kick off a fundraiser.  We suggest having all sellers present for a team meeting when order forms are passed out.  It can also be very helpful to have parents present as well.

Kick-Off #1 (Team Captains)

Announce Monetary Goal and Reason for selling

Give clear selling goal per student

Form Selling Teams

Select Captains to call Roll each day to find out number of boxes sold by each selling team member

Remind parents to take forms to work with them daily during the sale (If parents aren’t present, remind students)

Giving 1st day Prizes can jump start the sale

Incentivize winning teams

Kick-Off #2

Submit Final Order

It's simple, go online to the fruit page on our site and click the PLACE ORDER button.

Delivery

We'll send you a load slip that has your final fruit totals and your delivery date and time. We will ALWAYS do our very best to accommodate any special requests, but are limited if you order less than a truckload.  We'll help with instructions for unloading to make it the easiest and most efficient experience for you and your group. We keep it SIMPLE!

SUBMIT PAYMENT

We will email you an invoice once your order is placed. You can mail a check to the address on the invoice. You keep the profits you collected.
